Why do we stay stuck sometimes, no matter how hard we work ? It´s because of the stories we tell ourselves

Something bad happens and we turn it into story "I´m just not the marryng type, people can´t be trusted.." The story we tell becomes the reality we live.

We´re never as bad as the stories we tell ourselves.

Let´s be aware of the stories we tell, especially in those areas in our lives where we don´t see a change, because it´s our context that´s holding us back.
